I went in with my mom and sister to get a full set.My mom and sister got attended first because they had only three people working.The two workers were helped my mom and sister while I wait for the other lady to be finished.As I waited two ladies got sat to get a pedi before I did.i had asked if they had an appointment but they didn't. When I proceeded to tell the girl that I was next on the list.Then she just looked at me like a deer stuck in head lights.I didn't make a big deal because the other customers didn't have fault but honestly the worst service I have experienced in a while. This is my very favorite place to get pedicures!! The nail techs are very nice and do a fantastic job from the foot massaging to the nail painting!! And unlike a lot of nail places, they do not bounce people around, you have the same person working on your feet the whole time. The price is totally reasonable, lots of colors to choose from, amazing chairs to sit it and just an awesome overall environment. Read Less

Han was highly recommended so I booked an appointment. She was amazing and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Service is amazing and the prices are excellent! Glad I found my new nail tech!!

First time was an awesome experience. Went today and got horrible service. Man was moody, didn't do what i wanted and laughed when i told i wanted squared nails. Very dissatisfied.

I really wanted to like this place. I went a few months back and Han did both my set and pedi. She did a good job and she's really nice. I went back and Eric did my next set. Aside from his hands smelling like an ashtray, he kept talking about closing early and how hungry he was. I felt like he was rushing through my set. Rita had done my pedicure, but never asked me about doing regular polish or gel. I assumed it would be gel because the color I picked was labeled GEL....I got regular polish on my toes and gel on my set. Two coats of either was not enough because I was later able to see the streaks. My toe polish started peeling about 3 days later. Exactly 6 days later, my first nail broke off. I went in and it was fixed for free. Two days later another nail broke. I gave up. Rather than going back, I removed all of my nails and have decided to never return again. Han is a sweetheart, Eric smells like an ashtray, product wasn't the greatest....if you try this place, request Han. Read Less

The pedicure itself is great, the girls were amazing. The massage chair is great. My one complaint is that the management staff has made it difficult to tip their hard working employees. They will not accept tips on your card - cash only. Oh, but you can use their ATM and be charged 75 cents by them (and your bank fees) and they think this is ok? They are hurting the people's chances of getting a tip. I will not be back, and I will no longer recommend this place. Read Less
